Death of Policyholder:

In the event of the policyholder's death, beneficiaries or estate representatives may request a pro-rata refund for unused coverage. A copy of the death certificate and proof of authority must be provided.

Total Loss of Insured Property:

If the insured property is completely destroyed or deemed a total loss, the policy will be cancelled, and any unused premium after the loss date will be refunded.

Military Deployment:

Active military personnel deployed overseas may be eligible for special cancellation terms and full refunds. Military orders must be provided.

6. Disputed Charges

7. Automatic Renewals

If your policy automatically renews and you wish to cancel, you must do so within 30 days of the renewal date to receive a full refund of the renewal premium. After 30 days, standard pro-rata refund terms apply.
